The Role

We are seeking an Inbound Marketing Manager to scale growth throughout the sales funnel and flywheel: traffic generation, lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales cycle acceleration.

You will be a vital part of the inbound marketing and sales development team that manages the company’s account based marketing, thought leadership, lead generation, lead nurturing, social monitoring, social selling, webinars, offline events, self-booked meetings, and internal sales notifications.

You’ll work out of our South Florida office. Some occasional travel throughout the United States may be required. However, most internal and external meetings will be by video conference.

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be bright, always learning, be a great team player, and have a strong sense of urgency and empathy for partners/clients.

You will collaborate closely with other team members in marketing, sales development, sales, and product management while reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.


  • Develop inbound marketing strategy including buyer personas, buyer’s journey stages, lifecycle stages, segmentation, keyword research, editorial calendars, and full-funnel campaigns
  • Create, manage, and optimize conversion paths, website pages, lists, custom properties, workflow automation, blog posts, social media, pillar content, and email marketing
  • Design, manage, and optimize event marketing campaigns including for webinars, offline events, and conferences
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales development and sales executive team members to support sales enablement tools including CRM, templates, sequences, documents, and meetings
  • Plan and support account based marketing campaigns including paid social, email prospecting, social monitoring, and social selling campaigns
  • Supervise and coordinate with relevant external marketing vendors and contractors including designers, video producers, and freelance writers
  • Test, document, and optimize new and existing processes
  • Research new tools and make recommendations
  • Perform competitor research and present findings
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Participate in monthly sales/marketing alignment workshops and quarterly product roadmap workshops
  • Cultivate a professional social media presence


  • 4+ years of experience in inbound marketing (B2B technology) in an entrepreneurial, startup environment
  • Intermediate- to expert-level knowledge of the Professional or Enterprise level of the HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Sales Hub platforms
  • Excellent grasp of best practices around inbound marketing, marketing automation, sales enablement, search engine optimization, social media marketing, paid search, paid social, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing
  • Any experience marketing B2B SaaS -- especially accounting software or ERP software -- is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping (“101” course level)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present in front of small groups in-person and by video conferencing
  • Excited to collaborate closely with marketing, sales development, sales, and product team members in a startup environment
